Hello Chef Ken: check Costa Cruises' website. On SOME SELECTED itineries in SOME SPECIFIC stateroom categories. If you planning a tour through Europe: book in Europe: you only pay per child about 200 USD. But with MSC you are paying port taxes, transfers only. Two kids upto 17 are free! Regards, HeinBloed

HeinBloed, Thanks for the information. As a matter of fact, Costa replied to an email I sent asking the same question and here is their response: quote:
Dear Ken: Thank you for your recent email. Yes, we do have some promotions where kids sail "Free", actually they would pay just the nominal government fees. You can get more details by calling our Reservation Dept. at -800-247-7320. Thanks for your interest in Costa Cruises. I would have to say that this is encouraging, thank you for your interest, Heinbloed. Warm regards, Ken

We are sailing on Costa Magica 01-21 and with our tickets was a flyer mentioning this promotion. It was on selected sailings for INSIDE cabins only. If you don't mind being inside this was a great deal.
