What is the disembarkation process... meaning how long does it take to clear the ship? Are there long waits for the buses to fill and how long does it take to get to the airport. I'm in the process of planning a Disney Vacation and wanting to know what's the earliest time I should look at getting a return flight. Thanks in advance.

To be on the safe side I would not book a flight before 12:00-1:00PM. The transfer from Port Canaveral to Orlando is approxiamately one hour (depending on traffic). Once the ship is cleared by customs you will disembark, find your luggage, then wait for the transfer bus to fill. How long that takes can vary. Don't forget you need to allow time for airport check-in and going through security which can take a while also depending on what day your departing.
