Cruise Commodore

cheryl_10, welcome to Cruise-Chat.com. The "Oceanic" is a grand old liner - one of only a handful left. The product is very much tailored to Spanish-speaking passengers and while Pullmantur ensures that English-speaking passengers can enjoy their cruise as well (by e.g. providing essential information in English), you have to remember that this is a product for the Spanish market. The "all-inclusive" concept is one of Pullmantur's hallmarks and does not only include drinks during meals but at the bars, as well (some premium brands excluded).
Best regards,

cheryl_10, mostly, yes. It does to some extent depend on how many non-Spanish-speaking passengers are on board.
