An onboard overnight in Tokyo September 26 kicks off 14-night segment three, highlighted with a complimentary hotel night in Beijing at the Shangri-La including tours of the Great Wall, Forbidden City and Mao’s Mausoleum in Tiananmen Square. With two onboard overnights in Shanghai and one in Hong Kong, guests have ample time to explore the two cities where old British charm meets modern skyscrapers.

Shipboard overnights abound on the October 10, 14-night segment with extended calls in Hong Kong, Hung Gai (Hanoi), Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Laem Chabang (Bangkok) and Singapore. Enjoy the romance of the Java Sea cruising to Bali on the October 24 fourteen-night journey to Sydney. Join the search for the legendary Komodo Dragon during a complimentary shore event before exploring the Aussie Outback and discovering the Great Barrier Reef. On the November 7, 14-night segment, an onboard overnight in Sydney is followed by a call in fashionable Melbourne, where a shore event peeks behind the scenes of a Melbourne Symphony Orchestra rehearsal. The splendors of New Zealand next unfold cruising through the fjords of Milford Sound, and calls in Dunedin, Christchurch and Auckland. Top Aussie and Kiwi winemakers plus guest chefs will complete the cruises’ Spotlight, “Taste of the Grape in the Land Down Under.”

Departing November 21, the 19-night Auckland to Los Angeles transpacific sailing features at-sea serenity and calls in the Cook and Society Islands, Tuamotus and Marquesas, with a “Tamure Welcome at a Sacred Marae” in Nuku Hiva. A Spotlight on Movies will feature flicks about the South Pacific, with chefs recreating classic film meals. Le Cordon Bleu workshops are available and Jean-Michel Cousteau’s lectures will be featured.
