Hello, I was wondering whats the average age group on the MSC lirica ship. This will be my second time cruising and my first was not good. The average age on the ship was about 75. As my wife and I are in our mid 30's we kinda want to cruise with people more our age. Any comments suggestions for this or any other cruise line is welcome.

Thanks in advance

You are going to see a mixed crowd on the Lirica. Many international passengers, as well as all ages of Americans. A great choice for a couple in their thirties would be Royal CAribbean followed by Carnival. It also depends on when you cruise and the itinerary, as well. Cruises ;pmger than 7 days tend to draw an older crowd, as do Panama Canal and Alaska cruises.

You will have fun no matter what, however. Enjoy the Lirica.

T minus 42 hours and counting...... Getting the cruise excitement. Flying down to Ft. Lauderdale on Thursday, staying overnight at the Hyatt Recency Pier 66. Hope they have a shuttle from airport to pier. Then Friday back in heaven around noon. Now to pack. And figure out how to put all that stuff in one suitcase!

David and Tom,
Have a wonderful time! Sorry I won't be there to share in the fun. So, please have a glass of wine in the jacuzzi for me - Enjoy!
