there isn't too much about her I could tell you. She is the former Festival Cruises ship "Bolero", built as Norwegian Caribbean Line's "Starward" in 1968. She was laid up in Gibraltar following Festival's collapse in 2004 and has since been acquired by Abou Merhi Lines. The ship was taken to Lebanon and is scheduled to operate Eastern Mediterranean cruises from Lebanon from later this month I think.

The vessel will be sold by Abou Merhi Cruises directly. You can expect several tour-operators buying allotments for Europe and the UAE.
The company has set up a website http://www.aboumerhicruises.com with a short presentation of the ship. But the site is still under construction, pictures are remodeled ones from Festival Cruises. The vessel has not yet commenced operations and is still laid up in Beirut.
I would suggest that you check out the website regulary. I will try to inform you as soon as I have updated information.
Abou Merhi can be contacted at info@aboumerhilines.com, Mrs. Rita Abed (marketing manager).
