Are there any other fees that I should be aware of besides my tickets, drinks, souvenirs, pictures, casino, etc. on my trip. Are there any port charges, government charges, etc. that were not included with my ticket price?

Port fees and the taxes are part of the price you paid for the cruise. Once you have paid off the cruise fare, all the goverment charges are taken care of too.

Careful, depends on where you are going to: For example, if travelling to Russia on a cruise, you will need a visa.
