ok 6 weeks till my canada cruise 2 questions, 1st. have a balcony room guarentee 8e is what I requested when I booked with ta, question is I see the rates have dropped some since I booked, chances of getting cabin credit or chances of being upgraded to another cat.? 2nd question when I booked I booked for 2 passengers now I am thinking of bringing my grand-daughter along, 11 years old can she be added to my tickets without a problem since I have a balcony room and the extra bed, any one have a clue, I have already contacted my ta but was wondering if anyone knew anything, as I am waiting for her reply which will be in the next day or so since she is out of my state. just thought some one might know from past experience thanks

The chances of an upgrade will depend on how full the categories above yours are. If the prices are dropping it is a good chance the ship is not full and that is a good sign for an upgrade but it is still no guarantee of an upgrade.

Being 6 weeks out it is deffinately worth a try to see if your grand daughter can cruise with you unless you already have all the beds in the room booked. It never hurts to ask especially 6 weeks in advance.
