<name deleted> is my cruise agent and from day one gave me direct e-mail and phone number. Anytime I have had any questions she has responded, even sent me pictures and information of her own cruise excursions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is cruising.

Please note that one of our rules is no advertising or soliciting, and this can be extended to include promoting one's own agent by name. Therefore I have had to delete your agent's name. We have many members and staffers who are agents, and we also don't want the forum to become a bazaar for people making sales, etc.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking, I just felt bad for the travelers that were having problems getting answers from Carnival regarding their cruises.
I do want to say that Cruise-Chat has been so helpful in planning my cruise and when I miss a day reading the messages I feel like I am missing national news, I've never participated in such a great community.
