Have any of ya'll decorated your cabin doors? DH wants to put up pictures of the family to make it easier to find the room. What do you use to stick things to the door tape, magnets, that sticky stuff 3M makes? Will the ship staff say anything about us putting things up? Thanks for your help. lou

The number on the door is unique. No other door on the ship has that number. Just kidding with you. I have seen all kinds of things over the years. Just married, happy birthday, anniversary... etc. etc. And it is not uncommon on Christmas cruises to see different door themes. Upon arrival, get with your cabin steward and tell him or her what you intend to do with the door. Be aware, others might help themselves to whatever pictures you put up.

Plastic chute under the door for any obnoxious liquid you could find? Krazy-glu in the lock? Door tied shut from the outside?

Most of the doors are laminated metal. People I have talked to use magnet paper to print up whatever the want on the door.
Most of the major office supply places sell the paper.
