Are thongs allowed on Victory?

I was on back to backs on the Victory in January. I do not know if thongs were allowed but I did not see any on the cruise. Perhaps they wore them up on the topsless deck but I never went up there.

yes they are allowed in all Carnival ships

Thanks for the heads up about the use of thongs. I'd better not sail on Carnival as I have run out of nitroglycerine!
