Kinda difficult to answer. It depends on the port, the time you get there, and if you are tendering or docked. Usually you will meet about an hour after normal debarkation has begun. It's not unusual to debark with the rest of the ship and meet under a sign somewhere on the dock. If the ship is running behind, I have seen them make the excursion debarkation a first priority on tenders. RCCL likes to meet in the main lounge and then leave by group number following a leader carrying a RCCL "lollipop" sign.
