How confusing is the embarkment, and about how long does it take to get on the ship after arriving. Do they call by groups or what? How long does it usually take to get your luggage to your room?

The embarkation is not good. read cruise reviews and cruises only reviews on the triumph. It made me change my mind big time.

Thank you. We have two balcony rooms. 8A. Did you do any gambling, if so how was the casino? Also, did you purchase the soft drink card? Does it include water and coffee? Thank you for your help.

yes we did some gambling but we lost abought $100. but it was fun. we lost at bingo
to but fun !!
yes we purchase the soft drink card it is worth it .Buy the soda card for $35 at the beginning of the trip at any of the bars will take it.
you can get water & coffee and juice at the South Beach Club restaurant on the Lido Deck Free
