Hi everyone! My name is Sheri and I am going on my first cruise on 10/30, leaving out of Galveston. My mom is going with me, and we have a category 12 room. I guess I have several questions and if anyone has any advice, It would be greatly appreciated! First of all, what will the VIP checkin be like? We are driving in the day before, and the hotel will park our car while we are on the cruise. Is this the best way to leave my car, or would it be better off at the dock somewhere? Is there anything I should know about a first cruise? And, where does everyone get the cool cruise countdown in their signatures? I am very excited about going on this cruise, and want to make it the best it can be! Thanks in advance for any advice, whether it is about Galveston, or anything about the ship!

Hey Sheri. You will have a blast! Was on Ecstacy May 1-6, and wife and I really enjoyed our trip. Hint: go hungry! Wow, the food was great, as we ate in the main dinding room every night. And, dress up as much as you want to, no matter what anyone says. Have fun in Cozumel, you might want to consider Paradise Beach if you don't go on a booked excursion...very nice, clean beach with great food and scenery. See it at www.paradisecozumel.com.
