I just found out that the 2-3-07 cruise is Super Bowl weekend and that Carnival plans "Super" activities for the weekend. Anyone have any idea what types of activities they would plan for that type of day?

For the last four years I have taken a cruise on Superbowl weekend. They are a lot of fun. On the day of the game the cruise line will show the game on the big screen in the main show lounge and they will set up tailgating food in the lounge so you don't have to leave the game to eat. The game will also be shown on TV's in other areas of the ship. The ships that have the big LED screens by the pool will also be showing the game. This year on the Fascination Carnival was giving away some T-shirts the day of the game.

I had originally booked that cruise on the Triumph but thought that Miami might e crazy busy. we were going to come a few days early and get in the cruisin mood but couldn't find a hotel anywhere. So, we are cruisin in late Febraury now. Kind of sorry to miss the Superbowl activities on board tho!

Yes, after last year's cruise I made the plans for this year's going out of New Orleans. I didn't want to be anywhere near Miami during Super Bowl!

Never go to the game if you want to see the game! TV is always the best choice for those interested in the game.
