I have just booked aboard the new Carnival Dream on her first departure from NYC on Nov. 15,2009-I don't think it gets any more exciting than this!! She will only be doing two cruises out of NYC before repositioning to Fla.- My No.1 is in the hospital after a car accident-I hope this will get her hopping!!
Yes, reservations opened last night. That is awesome you grabbed one so fast! Hopefully, I will get my date decided this week.
With all of this excitement though, I am sorry to hear about this accident. I hope all is going to be alright. Dave knows more about this than anyone. If you need advice, I am sure he doesn't mind you asking. If you need prayers and support, we are here for you.

Dwayne-Thank You for your thoughts and prayers,I know Dave went through this not so long ago-A cruise is the best medicine! I booked at 2 minutes past midnight right after reservations opened-We must be one of the first bookings!It is very exciting!

Penny 3333- Thank You for your kind thoughts and best wishes-She is out of danger and I gave her the happy news of the cruise booking this afternoon-she cheered up considerably-It looks positive that we will be able to hold our cruise schedule. The reservation for the Dream was far beyond her hopes and expectations- cruising is truly the best medicine!
Billy, that is good news. I hope she makes great progress with recovery. I have to hold off for the dates a little while. I was thinking she was going to be moved to Port Canaveral earlier next year. Lord willing, and the creek don't rise, I have March 13th., 2010 on my radar. That is actually weird to say, I have never booked a cruise that far out, or thought about the year 2010.
