I have heard that the Carnival Sail and Sign Card can have a hole punched in it so that it can be worn on a lanyard while on board. Has anyone done this?

Yes, you can get this done at the casino cage. They provide you with a lanard too. Just tell them you want it for the slot machines so you won't forget your card in the machines.

I would also assume you can have it done at the pursurers desk.

We have also had this done at the purser's desk. Our kids wear their cards on a caribineer (sp?) hooked to their shorts, or bathingsuit or whatever they are wearing - so they won't loose it. It works well. Just make sure you don't punch the hole on the same side as the magnetic strip on the back!!

Actually, it is a bungee cord type thing they give you in the casino with a hook on the end. I know this because I have a bad habit of leaving my Sail&Sign in the slots. The cruise before last I lost 2 cards, and had to have new ones made.
