It was a highlight for those on deck. They ran a lot of the programming from the channels in staterooms. We did watch the Disney movie Rattatouie? one afternoon. They ran vids of concerts (earth, wind and fire) and such. I have to say, it was pretty cool. Thanks for the nice welcome !!
The ship is very clean. When we were in port, they were scrubbing that ship from top to bottom. The decor is very nice, with the exception of the dining rooms. The pink didn't work for me, but all in all very nicely decorated. Buffets were good. Nice variety of food to choose from. The pizza and burgers were very good. There is also an Oriental and NY Deli counters, as if you need any more food options...LOL!! The reubens were very good. The warm chocolate melting cake is an out of body experience waiting to happen. YUM!!
Penny3333, I am ready to go again. We had a blast. We took this cruise for the itinerary, but I think I might dip my toes into Princess Cruise Lines next. Try them on for size.
I don't think you'll be disappointed in Princess at all. They don't have the chocolate melting cake, but I bet if you ask for it, they'll make it. We had a lady at our table that wanted a rhubarb pie, it took them a couple of nights, but they made it. They probably didn't have any rhubarb on board when she requested it, but I know they have chocolate. I haven't been disappointed in one of their ships, so far. I'll be on my 8th cruise with Princess in just a couple of weeks.
