Do Carnival Cruises have a variety of vegetarian food?
By vegetarian food I mean no meat and no fish. I assume that the rooms have no kitchenettes right?

There is always a vegatarian entree on the menu. No, cabins don't have kitchenettes.

Hema,

Welcome to Cruise-Chat!

Here a link to a sample menu for the Captain's Dinner. In the Casual/Alternative Dining they always have a wide variety of food also with different international themes. Don't miss the chocolate buffet they feature Smile
