I am a first time cruiser, my husband really enjoys his cigars, I heard that there is a cigar bar on board the Victory?

Yes there is a lounge for smoking cigars on the Victory. It is a very beautiful lounge. I believe it was on deck 4 aft. You could only get to it from the rear stairwell or elevators. The other end was blocked by crew cabins and storage. The library/card room and the internet cafe were right off the cigar lounge. It across the way from the balcony section of one of the dining rooms.
