I am looking forward to dine at least once at the highly recommended Golden Fleese Supper Club during my upcoming Legend cruise.

My question is: Since you have to pay $30 p/p extra, do you tip any additional amount for dinning at this restaurant?

The Golden Palace is the only supper club I have tried, it was EXCELLENT!

I did leave an extra tip for the waiter that took care of us.

Watch the bill when it arrives. They may add on the automatic Gratuity like they do on bar service. In which case you only need to add addition tip if you feel the service warrants it. Also, check to see if the price includes the tip. I don't remember if it did or not.

I can't remember if it was included either but the service was excellent. The waiter paid a lot of attention to us and what we wanted. The captain even dropped by to say hi to our table. Smile

When the reservation restaurants first started, the purpose of the "nominal surcharge" was to cover the gratuities. The surcharge has evolved into a not so "nominal" fee today.

We tipped extra for extraordinary service. Tipping, as always, is up to the individual. Our waiter and assistant were well worth an extra tip on top of the extra charge, but that is totally my personal feelings. Best wishes.

We were informed that gratuity was not included in the supper club fee. As it happens, we had great service and as such would have tipped additional anyways.
