"Oh well" wife got upset and now not going on cruise. So now it will be me and my 6yr. old son, I can't wait, he will be celebrating his 4th of six birthdays on a cruise. So if anyone will be on the Triumph Sept.15,2007 out of Miami and want to join my son and myself on deck as we celebrate his birthday please post here and we will arrange the deck and time. Date will be Sept 18. Think I will go check and see exactly wish Island we will be on at on that date. Thanks all!!!
Have a safe and fun cruise all!!!

Wow, talk about shooting yourself in the foot. The last thing I would threaten in a heated arguement is "Now I'm not going on the cruise with you..."

Hope you guys can work it out, but if not, have a good time!

I guess you can consider yourself fortunate Deege, if my wife got mad at me she would say YOU'RE not going on the cruise, and I would be the one staying home!! As Jim C stated, hope you two work it out ahead of time!

Deege, I hope you get this worked out as well. Are you going to get one of those Carnival Birthday cakes for your son?

I hope we work it out before sailing date, but I did remove her for the cruise, if she should decide to join again she will have to pay this time, and yes I will get Carnival cake for my son.
Thanks all!!

"Wife got upset.." I wonder how that happened? Whatever it is, it isn't worth it. Pick your battles, give in, say, "yes dear" whatever you need to do. Sad thing is that your son is a pawn in it whether you want him to be or not.

If I have learned anything in my 32 years of marriage to the same woman, it is that logic has nothing to do with what is right.

Good luck.
Ken

PS Is she skipping out on your *Miracle cruise on August 23 too? (*your cruise ticker)

Deege..... MWF seeks MM for upcoming cruise. Enjoys jazz music, running, snorkeling, swimming, animals and kids. Non-smoker. Non-snorer. Light packer. Good conversationalist. Can be ready in a moment's notice. Big Grin

Adam could throw out my entire shoe collection and I would still go on the cruise with him.

Chef Ken

Sounds like you have it down pat. My husband says that in a good marriage you just have to know a few sayings...

1st Yes Dear
2nd I'm sorry
3rd No you don't look fat in those pants. Lol

Other than that...the rest is gravy.

Sorry to hear about your cruise change Deege 2424 - have fun!

You are an understanding wife! If I did that, going on the cruise would be the least of my worries! Confused
