Anyone else leaving with us? Can not wait, we will be flying to Houston on Sat., I hope that the rain is not to much if a downer.The wife is already unhappy and if the wife is not happy, noone is. I am trying to snap her out of it, any advice?

There ain't no un-happy going on a cruise in my opinion. The rain? You should have beautiful weather in the Gulf. Not a hurricane in sight to effect you. What a blessing!

If mama isn't happy, tell her there are plenty here on this board that would be happy to take her place. You can remind her, no cooking, no cleaning, no worries, and plenty of pampering. Have a wonderful cruise. Bon Voyage

Tell her that is the beauty of a cruise. If you book a resort, and its raining there, your stuck. On a cruise ship... you sail OUT of the rain. Besides, there is an awlful lot of things to do inside that she'll care less if it is raining or not.

Like Penny3333 said.. 7 days of pampering? What is their to be unhappy about? If you can't have fun on a cruise you might as well just give it up....

And IslandCruz.. I wouldn't classify what Dr Phil does as counseling... what a hack!
