This is my first cruise and I am kind of nervous. What should I expect? I hear a lot of great things will I have a good time. A friend and I are going and we are both single. Are there things for us to do?

It would help to know what ship you will be cruising on, and where you will be going. Activities vary by location and cruise line.

I am sorry! The ship's name is Carnival's Inspiration and it is leaving out of Tampa. It is for seven nights. The ports are Grand Caymans, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Belize City. Thanks for your help.

Are you going on the 8th of June? That is the cruise our family is going on. You will love it. We are taking our children this time. Their ages are 6 and 10. We plan on keeping them busy with activities so we can have fun around the clock.

We took my three kids on the Inspiration in June of 2002. We had been on the Paradise on CCL and had a blast. We took the kids on the Inspiration, and we were very glad we did. The ship is well laid out, very pretty, and there are hundreds of things to do. If you don't have a great time, you are not trying.

Whatever you do, get out of your cabin and go do things on deck, go to the crafts, the classes, the dance activities, and the dining. On formal night dress up. Go to Karoke and laugh at the bad singers and amaze yourself at the great ones. There are so many things to do you'll find yourself entertained 24-7 if you can do without sleep.

If you have any questions about the Inspiration, feel free to email me direct at aldewitt@sprintmail.com Big Grin
