I really enjoyed the chunky potato salad on the Carnival ship we sailed on. It was served on the Lido deck on the buffet. I do not know if it is in the cookbook or not. The potatoes were chunked and the sauce was very creamy. I could tell that there were alot of herbs. If anyone has the cookbook, and it is in there I was love to have the recipe.
