We are sailing the Carnival Victory from Sept 23 thru Sept 30 out of New York, to New England & Canada. How are the seas that time of year? Rough, smooth? Does anyone know what we can expect?

No one can predict what the seas are going to be like. If there is rough weather in the area you can count on rough seas. The same goes for calm weather. It takes some pretty big waves to rock your boat...

We just returned from the five day cruise to Canada on the Victory. The seas were very calm but what I noticed first was the amazing way the captain and crew were able to dock without even waking me. It was one of the smoothest cruises I have ever been on.
Of course as mentioned if a storm brews then....
