We are going on the July 10 cruise of the Elation from Mobile, along with Lisa and her family. The current pricing for a category 12 suite (which we have) is $1249 per person. The cruise immediately prior to ours (also a 7 night) has the same cabin for $1879! I am really happy we chose July 10th. That $1260 difference will come in handy for incidental charges.

Yes, Fourth of July the week before. One reason of the difference though is the July 3rd sailing is now within 5 months and they are no longer offering the Early Bird promotion. In three days your cruise will be within 5 months and no longer offer the Early Bird, so it will go up. Carnival offers Early Bird promotion on seven day cruises up until 5 months before. Good reason for everyone to book Early!!
