I too feel Canvival needs to be sued for the scan they are pulling. The club is not even part of Canvival Corp. yet they carry the name which causes confusion. I was on the Spirit this past week and was treated like dirt. The club didn't make a bid effort to assist in matter but did want to sell me another package. They also claimed I had only a 1000 points left when I found out I should have well over 4000. The dishonestly is something else.

Just now I think figured out you may be talking about carnival vacation club I have heard of. Don't know anything about it.

I still think they owe me a 3 Day Cruise by switching my Cruise Miles to Juniper for Sea Miles.
