Thanks.for your replies.

Go see "Music Boardwalk" if they are still there. They are a great rock and roll band from the Philippines. If you like 60s, 70s, 80s and some 50s; you will have a great time with them. Could you please try and find out a long they will be there? Thanks. Mary49

Sounds like we would love that..we are in the 50's ourselves...are they in a lounge or where might we find them?

I'm sure that they play in one of the lounges on the ship nightly and also they do a deck party as well as the Captain's Cocktail Party. The Capers will tell you. Have a great time with them. I'll look forward to your review. Have a great time. Mary49

Sue, just returned last week. Ship is nice, bar service on the decks not the best, food is marginal. Compared to RCI, it was all lacking. But good for the price. The shows are good, food okay, but choice is not abundent in the dining room, seems like the serve the same each night with just a few changes. I was looking forward to ordering New and exciting meals... and they were very simple. All in all, we might try Carnival again... but perfer RCI. We did book tours in Grand Caymon with Caytours.com and in Jamacia with cruiseadventuresja.com and were very pleased. The turtle farm in Caymon is fun and the Tubing and Dunn's falls in Jamacia were amazing. The locals were great and we never felt taken advantage of or unsafe. Enjoy!!!

Thanks for your post, I am looking forward to this cruise and I am sure we will have a ball. This is our 5th with Carnival in this last 14 months and we did take one with RCI but we like CCL.....for the fun of it hahah! I guess it doesn't really matter who or where as long as we can all just cruise!! It has really been a fun year for us. I hope everyone has a ball in 2008

You booked this cruise and haven't heard of the Flowrider? Eek I thought everyone had heard of it!

It is an innovation first introduced on the Freedom Of The Seas and also on the Liberty. Read more here .

I did not know Carnival Libery had a flow rider on it, nor did I know they have a parade down the promenade

Hi Sue, have a great time and if by chance you talk with Enrique please tell him that Mary Ann from New York hopes to see them next year and ask him when he's coming back to New York. Thanks Mary49
