I have booked a Carnival Pride cruise in May. Included in this is a suite in Cat 11. My travel agent informs my that this selection allows my daughters and I VIP check-in. Is this statement correct? And if so what procedures do I follow to follow through with this award?

Your cruise documents will show you as "Skippers' Club", most ports have a seperate departure check-in and lounge. In New Orleans, they practically escort you to the ship. This catagory is worth not having to stand in the lines!

Skipper club is great, avoid all the crowds and walk right in as soon as the ship is ready to board, i have been the first one on the ship a few times.

Skipper's Club is indeed great. I was the first guest to board the Holiday last June. We were treated like royalty.
