psychocruiser- That is good not to smoke, it is a hard habit to quit.

Dave- Glad you are sticking with your diet. I too have never heard that term "bialys". Of course I am not as wordly as some, I thought capers where fish. Upon a googlization, I just found out they were not. Have never eaten anything like what you have lined up for breakfast. But am going to try it. Do you have any certain brand of the salmon you like, or is Scottish the brand? Thanks.

Good morning mate it is a good one here sunny warm, but it will pobably snow by lunch,Bialys is a yiddish word which has I think to do with bagels, I eat tref but this morning as it is my turn for breakfast, I am having 1 chopped and fried, rye bread toast, chopped herring , chopped liver, black tea with a slice of makoviates, I cant afford lox in the week, you will if you have eaten sauce tartar, tasted cappers, lox or smoked salmon from scotland is regarded by many as the best, the best of the best is wild not farmed, a wild salmon will have more muscle and less fat so a better texture, regards steve, ps crisp bacon or slow roast belly pork or oysters, must be eaten, so I love tref

I just put down three jumbo eggs fried in bacon fat and a half of a wholegrain "English" muffin. My cholesterol is 156, no worries!

2 cups of freshly ground and brewed Costa Rica coffee and I am..."good to go"!

Dwayne the hog is not allowed,as it is tref, but if it is good pig I love it ThumbUp I think G C called you son boychick is yiddish for that, this is the most I have refered to my heritage in a lot of years, as I am a non-believer hence my disreguard for the religous laws, chef in lancashire we have an oven bottom muffin or bap, also muffin has another connotation here Lol Dwayne in late august I always bring some formans with me remind me nearer the date and I will get it to you regards alta kucker

Yes they look like oven bottoms to me, if you split them toast the insides the fry an egg put some bacon on top of the egg, the use the other half as a lid it becomes a type of "sarnie" which is scouse for sandwich, check out scouse,on google, I come from Liverpool and we are called scousers, and as fredo would know and much to my regret we have been awarded the accolade of the most violent soccer fans in europe, regards steve

I thought that might be the reference, but I was just a little reluctant to acknowledge, fearing that I might offend someone.

Well done, psycho.
