Jay, I haven't been that entertained in a long time. Sorry it was because of your misfortune! I assume you are a professional videographer or similar?

I hope "Bob" and his team make things right for you. At the very least, I think he'll be hiring you for promotional videos for Carnival!

I received a responce from sending in the DVD to Carnival. I got a package with the DVD returned back to me, and a form letter that states "call our custormer representitives and they can help you" I dont think BOB ever saw the DVD.

be sure that someone in the carnival staff has seen that dvd, as it is being sent out to anyone and everyone once it was posted here lol

Notice Jay Allen's reply on Dec. 16th - he said the DVD was returned to him with a message to contact a customer service rep. Sounds like he is getting the run-around, if you ask me.
