Anyone stayed in a Cat 11 room on the Miracle?? We are holding room 7298 aft to book it this week. Wondered if you guys thought it was worth the extra money. We will have a 120 ft balcony. It is our anniversary and we are renewing our vows onboard. Thanks~!

In the Carnival brochures and on the website they have photos of Category 11 staterooms. These rooms are wide open rooms with bed, sitting area, vanity etc. Fairly typical of what one would expect of any balcony stateroom except with far more room.
The aft Category 11 aft staterooms are totally different, and when I found myself in one, I was quite shocked. The stateroom is a suite of rooms. You first walk into a hallway area, then into a small living room with a little desk and television. Off of that is a little dressing room with closet; off of that is the bathroom. Beyond the dressing room through a door that closes is the bedroom. So it is like a tiny little apartment. The balcony is amazingly huge, even for an aft stateroom.
Bon Voyage!

Our room is Aft....ooooohhhhh......((((((Big Hugs to my husband!)))))))))))))) I am so excited! Too bad I have to wait a year to board. That's okay though the anticipation is worth it! We have to kids an interior room across the hall but they should be able to enjoy our large balcony! Thanks

Our aft stateroom was on the fourth deck, and we had a laundry room right nearby---washer and dryer that used quarters, soap dispensing machine, and an iron and ironing board. You'll probably find this to be really handy since you are travelling with your whole family!
