No, I am not, but I thought I would comment on the number of such posts on "Is anyone sailing on my cruise" that seem to go unanswered. It amazes me with the number of people that seem to read this forum that there are not more of us that happen to be on th esame cruise. My Dream cruise for example.. you would think that with the number of other Texans on this chat forum and that it is fall break time when we are cruising that SOMEONE else would be going too. Maybe people are afraid to speak up.. its not like we are asking for a life long friend... just want to know if anyone we "know" is also going.

I am not going either, but wanted to comment on what Jim said. Last year someone posted a roll call for the Glory cruise and was about 12 of us that started chatting on here and most of us met for a drink prior to sailing. It was so nice to meet and put a face to people. We didn't hang out together or anything but would always speak when we saw each other. Those tables get a little scarce at lunch time on lido and was nice one day when a fellow couple of board members saw me looking and wave for me to have lunch at their table Another member who missed our 3pm cocktail get together found Herself sitting beside me at the slots, She said "Hi I got to ask you if you are on cruise-chat" It was hilarious, she said there are only so many redheads on here! It was so fun when we got back for us all to post about our cruise. I have already met someone here by chance, but have not posted a roll call for the very reason I don't think anyone will respond. I think some of it might be comming from that there is another board out there that it looks common for it to be used as a "hook-up". Which is mostly not the case here at all, we just like to share advice experience etc. IslandCruz
