Hello, everyone. On May 4th, I will be boarding the Carnival Legend from NYC. I have read dozens of negative reviews and am a little concerned if i'm going to have a fun/safe trip. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks guys

hi we were on the legend last oct had a great time, as with all the cruise ships you will have a great trip, stop worrying and enjoy, I just wish everyone would just sit back and enjoy the ride, and stop putting negative thoughts, to the different cruise lines, its your vacation and you are in control and you will have a good time if you stop listening to all the negativity they throw on the boards Fran

I don't know where you read dozen's of bad reviews on the Legend. I have read all the review boards that I could find and the most serious complaint that I could find was that it is to smokey.It has one of the best reviews I have seen on any ship. And for Carnival that is very good.They usually don't come close to some of the so called premium lines.Unless I have missed some review boards out there somewhere I would not worry about your decision at all if I were you. I am willing to bet you will have a great time.Tom

I cruised on the Carnival Legend for the New Year's cruise of last year. It was a very fine cruise - no complaints about the ship or crew to speak of. Food was great. Service was great. The cruise was loaded with fun.

Thanks!!! I think we're going to have a great time. I'm in the very front of the ship, near Noah's Arch (kids area) hopefully the ship won't be rough (b/c I'm in the front) and hopefully the kids won't be too loud (b/c I'm near the kids!)
