has anyone been to either fosters or bananarama to snorkel in Roatan? all i have to go by is the internet. does anyone know how much a taxi cost to get there? not sure we want to take a chance on doing something by ourself since it is just my sister and me.
We did our snorkel through Costa, and it was great! Neither one of those names ring a bell. I'm sure there are some reputible firms there, but it is NOT a very rich country. The catamaran we were on was about 20 years old, but decently maintained. The snorkeling is great there, but I'd hate to have you go off on your own in an unsafe vessel.
I just like to kinda plan ahead what we want to do and have a plan before we leave. dont want to be caught in a situation I am unsure of. I am thinking we may snorkel from shore. I have read bananarama and fosters web site. I was just wondering if anyone had been there for their opinions.
