We are traveling to Panama Canal November 9-19, 2006, partial transit to Gatun Lake. Has anyone taken the "Gatun Locks & Kayak in the Canal" excursion? I am not sure if you actually kayak much in the canal or more in Gatun Lake.
Also, how about any feedback on the "Rain Forest Aerial Tram" bordering Braulio Carrillo National Forest of Costa Rica? We would like to take the best rain forest excursion. This one sounds definitely interesting although is it just a tourist trap?
