I was making my last excursion selection and here is my problem I don't really want to do a "Beach excursion" since I can do it here on Puerto Rico. There are only two excursions and the only one sight-seeing option I have includes a visit to Turners beach with a complementary drink.

"Historic Antigua & Beach" from Carnival.com
Problem is that I want to know :
if there anything I can do on Turner beach beside swiming?
Is there is a restaurant or a hotel so I can have a drink or eat some typical food near Turners beach?
What other things are there to do?

Thanks

Hi CF, when we were there, we did a catamaran sail/snorkel. The snorkeling wasn't that good because there were too many jelly fish. The water was crystal clear, except for the dang jelly fish. Then they took us to a beach for a nice swim (without jelly fish) and served plenty of rum punch. My hubby had way too many, so we didn't get to do much sight seeing after the snorkel. Scott Taylor and his wife went to Pineapple Beach for the day when they were there. There was a bar and restaurant there, like a resort. If you use your find feature for his posts, I think he included some pictures. Rachel Ray did a show from Antigua on her Tasty Travels. They visited a harbor there that had good gelato. I hope to return there some day so I can do some sight seeing. I'll not let my hubby have rum punch until we're back on board the ship Wink
