I am wanting to parasail in cozumel. I have heard good and bad. I want a tour that has a good track record. Is there tours where you can parasail,snorkel,play on a beach etc. as a package?

I don't know of any tour company that offers those things as a package, but I would suggest you go someplace like Mr. Sancho's Beach Club. There is no fee to get in and it offers everything you are looking for (nice beach, snorkeling, parasailing, glass-bottom boat tours, etc). It is a very nice, well-run property.
