I bought a pink saphire and diamond ring from St. Thomas. 2 years later I hit my hand on a wall mounted hand dryer in a bthroom and some of the pink saphires cracked. No one could fix it because it was a special tension setting. I contacted the store where I bought it, they told me to send it out to the manufacturer in CA and they replaced the all the saphires (so they all matched) and sent it back no problems. I love that ring...I get so many compliments on it and I'm looking forward to getting another piece.

More problems here, I special ordered a Sophia Fiori Venezia I ring with a blue diamond from Venetian in Nassau on my Carnival Cruise in March. The first ring I received had a blue/green stone, and dented side with a loose white pave set diamond. I sent it back to Elba in CA and received the ring once again in the exact same condition. As soon as it came back the loose (side) diamond came out. I sent it back again, after some strife with their production department to be remade. It is now almost August, and I waiting for them to remake the ring. I paid for a ring in March, that I still do not have, and I do not feel confident that I'll be happy when it finally does come. Beware!
