If you have ever seen her pieces "jewelry" she has beautiful things. I bought something in Belize and can't find her in the US. I was told that some jewelry store in Nassau sells her"stuff" can anyone help??
Different stores in the Caribbean sell Sophia Fiori jewels. I´ve seen her jewels on almost every caribbean island. When you are onboard, ask your shopping guide. These people are familiar with all the brands.
I have a Sophia Fiori piece. There is a store in Juneau, AK called The Venetien and they have her collection there. Here's the piece my husband bought for me.
You can find Sophia Fiori at any Venetian store in the islands. There are stores in Nassau, St Thomas, St Maartin, San Juan, and also Juneau & Skagway, Alaska. Just ask any Cruise ship. They are very familiar with Sophia Fiori and Venetian.

I just bought a Sophia Fiori piece in St Thomas. I now have an issue also. My diamond is loose. I googled "Sophia Fiori" and found a website www.sophiafiori.com click on contact us and that should help you out. I would be interested to hear if they were able to help you out.
The manufacturer in CA should help if you send it to them. Hopefully... what you bought is the right carat and color! That's what we are having trouble with. Did you get supplied with papers on your diamond?
WATCH OUT FOR VENETIAN JEWELERS - You Can't Trust Them
This company uses deceptive sales techniques. I purchased a "Sophia Fiori" blue diamond ring for my wife for our tenth anniversary. I was told I would receive an appriasal after the sale. What they gave me was a sheet that listed the price I paid and the size of the diamonds; not a word about clarity/quality of the stones. This is worthless as an appraisal. They told me to get it appraised when I returned home. I took it to a master appraiser and found out that the main blue diamond had a crack across two-thirds of the face of the stone and that the diamonds were of very low quality. He recommended that we return it. I contacted their customer service and they were rude and uncooperative. I sent it back to the company by registered mail and asked for a complete refund as it was defective and could not be restocked or resolded by any reputable jeweler. They were unresponsive. I had to dispute the charge through American Express and after a couple of months I was given a partial credit and was being charged a $1400. restocking fee. When I disputed the applicability of this fee for a defective product, Venetian lied or at least gave American Express false information. Currently I am still on the hook for $1400. to American Express for the Venetian fee. I will pursue additional methods to try to get this money back.
To sum up - DON'T BUY FROM VENETIAN JEWELERS IN ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS!
In addition, OnboardMedia, the company that promotes Venetian on Royal Caribbean and Princess were also unresponsive in nthis matter contrary to what they say on the ship.

I recently bought a piece of Sophia Fiori jewelry from Venetian in San Juan and the stone has loosened. How secure should I feel in returning it for repair and what precautions can I take to ensure that I get the same stone back, or indeed the complete ring?
I also purchased a Sophia Fiori Venus ring in Puerto Rico at Venetian Jewelers, on 11/12/2007. The center stone was either already loose, or became loose within a couple of days. I have called Sophia Fiori at 866-399-4367 for instructions to return the ring for repair. They told me to e-mail joseph@elbainc.com to request shipping instructions. Haven't heard a dicky bird. Went to local jeweler and was able to convince him to tighten the prongs around the center diamond. All is well for the time being. Could Venetian jewelers have switched the stones and not have tightened them? Don't know what I think about Fiori's customer service...btw, is the user on this thread 'bauchora' the designer's wife or relative??? dubious
We have been going back and forth since August with our ring issue. The manufacturer in CA seems honest but does not exactly hold their merchants liable for misrepresentation or quality. I would say keep trying with the manufacturer to make it right if you love the piece. I wish we would have found the ring some other way and been able to purchase it directly through CA. The whole experience ruined our special moment. I got engaged in Jamaica and only wore the ring for one day before we noticed the problems. I still have NO ring on my finger as they all fight over who will pay a few hundred dollars to make things right. The cruise line... by the way.... does almost NOTHING to protect you. They make a phone call... that's it.
THEY HAVE SOPHIA FIORI AT SIGNATURE JEWLERS IN MAZALTAN MEXICE AND AT B & B JEWLERS IN CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO THE SHIP GUARANTEES THOSE STORES SHOULD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING YOU BOUGHT ALSO, GO TO SOPHIA FIORI.COM AND CONTACT THEM
I can't believe all the bad luck you've all had with Sophia Fiori pieces bought through Venetian Jewelers.
I had the complete opposite experience.
I bought a emerald and diamond ring in Old San Juan less than a month ago. Due to the guarantee Royal Caribbean has I got it appraised as soon as I got home.
I paid 1.200 dollar for my ring. Yesterday I got the written appraisal from the most reputable appraiser in Norway. My ring is valued at 7.000 dollars, so I am as happy as can be.
My finance also bought me a Sofia Fiori ring and the centre stone became loose sfter about 1 week and eventually fell out. Fortunatley, i was playing with the loose stone and it just popped out right in to my hand. We're sending it back for repairs, but i'm very nervous about ever feeling comfortable wearing this ring. Has anyone ever sent their ring back for repairs?
reserach Sophia Fiori before buying!!! I have ooogled at their venus ring for several crusies now and have resisted. However I saw that this year they are offeriong it in pink diamonds which I wanted. I contaced the Ca based company via email to ask questions and pre price prior to my upcoming cruise. They obliged .I asked very direcet questions and explained i wanted a natural UNENHANCED diamond.I received word they use enhanced diamonds. I called them direct to furthere clarify what type of enhancements.I was told it was REVERSABLE, so if you decided at some peoint tyou didnot want a colored diamond they could reverse the process and you'd you have amagnificent white diamond. I am an educated consumer wanted to know color and clairty of al ldiamonds used in teh ring PARTICULARLY the center enhanced diamond. I was told I needed to speak with someone else.. they emailed me and said that the color and clarity was a secret and they could not diosclose that.!!! They further said they use a coating to enhance the diamond and make it pink BUT if the coating wore off , scratched off or somehow was exposed to heat or chemicals and peeled off they'd replace the coating lifetime..How very reasurring ...NOT! So yes i think they are deceptive in their business practices and buyer beware my giess is your getting industrial quality diamonds coated to make them look another color and pawned off as designer gem quality. They are basically worthless. I am running as fast as I can and cannot wait to share all I know with the other cruisers on my upcoming cruise! The deesigns maybe beautiful but the quality and is and the horror stories regarding loose and lost stones are plentiful. Anyone who wont disclose color and clarity when your buying diamonds is a crook!
I guess I'm not the only one who has had a problem w/Sophia Fiori jewelery. We purchased a Venus Ring w/blue diamond and a white/blue diamond bracelet at B&B in Cabo. Got home the next day and the center stone is GONE! Spoke with the store. They referred the problem to a rep for the mfr. Still waiting to hear back. Am taking the setting to my jeweler to verify that the setting was inferior, in case they try to accuse us of removing the stone. I am hoping that they replace the stone and repair the setting or just refund our money. I don't see how I will ever trust the setting though. We'll see. Keeping my fingers crossed.
