ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh. 10 days, how wonderful. did u go to any of the following to snorkle? st lucia, dominica, la roma dominican republic or antigua? any info would be appreciated. i have some poss plans and none for the DR. thank
Yup, we went to Antigua and St. Lucia. Antigua looks like a very poor island but the beaches are unbelievable. There are 365 of htem, one for each day of the year. We highly recommend Deep Bay. It's owned by the Royal Antiguan Hotel but cruise ship passengers often use it. The waters are cystal clear, calm, you can rent a jetski, go on a banana boat, snorkel, anything. St. Lucia is simply beautiful. I highly recommend taking a tour with Peter the Great. Once you come outside of hte ship, he's in the little building holding a green poster with pictures. It's $55 for a five hour tour of the Pitons, a volcano, a waterfall, and a stay on a beach where you can snorkel or just relax. Sorry, haven't been to the other islands. Hoping to try them on my next cruise. Enjoy!
