Looking for a private beach close to the port in Jamaica where "locals" aren't allowed. Hopefully a beach within walking distance of the cruise port. Also, is there an entrance fee to this beach.

Ocho Rios? If so then "Island Village" is within a 5 minute walk from the pier, and it is a secured open air mall with a beach, Margaritaville, shops, etc. No hassling allowed.

Welcome to Cruise-Chat!

If the port is Ocho Rios, I have heard some good feedback about Island Village that Dave mentioned.

Here is a link.

Island Village is great. Short walk from ship. Have lunch at Margaritaville and you can use there pool, water slide, hot tubs, and beach for free. No hassling from the locals. Island village also has all the shopping we needed with no hard sells
