I know Siloam Springs and Fayetteville. “Woo, Pig! Sooie”! Are you still a fan?

That's what I'm talking about. No, not a fan sorry. Golden Gophers, all the way! Well maybe the Rose bowl anyway.

Have to get back to the party to avoid thread drift.

Andrealovescruising

I've only been on two cruises so far both on the 3 day Baja. It's fun just to party with friends but I would like to do a nice Alaskan cruise or something like that.

I believe the response is "Yes, way!" Sorry to correct you chef, and Goin' Cruisin', it would be, "Party on!"

Sorry, Crissy, I fell off the thread wagon; of course, it is "party on." "Party hearty, dude" comes from my partying days...

Maybe you'll run into airleak and you can buy him a beer. Of course he is a gentlemen so he will buy you one, most likely!

Question Party People

When do you all find the time to take all of the cruises? This is only my third in four year. Am I on the right path to be cruise experts like yourselves?

By the way this is a two part question

Survey...

Which cruise line do you prefer for all around fun and enjoyment? Carnival or Royal C

Airleak, we find time because this is important to us. Cruising is relaxation, excitement, pampering, adventure, luxury and vegging, all rolled into one. I'd say, three in four years, you're well on your way.

Vacation time, bonus time, paid time off, un-paid time off.

My favorite is Celebrity. "All around fun" is a broad term. To me, sitting at a beach with my wife is fun. Strolls on a windy pool deck before bed is fun. Dancing to mediocre lounge singers is fun. Sail away parties, bingo, dinners, waking up at sea, all of which do not require vast quantities of alcohol. Some alcohol required or desired.

Getting wasted, puking my guts out, waking up with an anvil on my head and not knowing in whose stateroom I am is not fun.

One more thing, You are on your way but you have to get away from the 3 day cruise and do a seven day. That is when you really begin to enjoy cruising.

I concur on that anvil thing; did it a few times in my younger days. Life is too short to waste days with an anvil on your head.
