We have reservations for Sept 2006 on Galaxy-Med Cruise from Rome. The cabin we selected is an inside cabin and denotes that it is capable of taking 4 passengers and is cabin 8105, although thers are only 2 of us. I have heard that cabins with pullman type wall beds are somewhat cramped even when these are not in use. Has anyone any experience with this - should we change our cabin to one which does not cater for 4.

The inside cabins are all the same size whether they hold 2 or 4 people. So, if you are staying with an inside - no need to change.

No need to change. They hang from the wall and are hardly noticible. See the 360 picture on the following site. You can see them on the wall.
