In June 2004 we were scheduled with a private group to go on The Summit for a cruise to Alaska. A few days before we were to sail (after we booked our flights to get to Vancouver), we found out the cruise was cancelled due to mechanical difficulty. We got our refund and vouchers. Our group rescheduled for May, 2005 we were in Hong Kong and scheduled to fly to Vancouver yet again for this replacement cruise. The day before we were to fly to Vancouver again the cruise was cancelled for mechanical difficulty. Again the cruise line would not take care of the money we again lost on flights. Only offering a $200 credit of some sort. Now I read the reviews that they are still having mechanical problems this year. What is the deal with them?
