I would like to contact as many of the passengers. I have waited my whole life to take a trip like this. We just came through the Hurricane and this feels like we are heading right into another one !!! We have a two day pre tour in Barcelona and if they at least would keep us at the same hotel we could of seen our way through But every day it changes and chinging hotels with the insult of a 250 compensation for food and entertainment is insane. We live in Florida a 18 day trip is one that takes alot of planning as we all know.. Hey Magnet why are you receiving 750.00 are you in a Suite.......

What is the $250 copensation for food and entertainment? We are offered 2 nights in the hotel with breakfast, 20% off the cruise only portion and $200 shipboard credit.

Has anyone else talked to Celebrity to ask if we can cancell, and be refunded our money? I was told by customer service that this was not a option, because we were receiving compansation of some kind. I don't know anything about 250 for food and entertainment.

The 250 i am talking about is the total that is being compensated by Travel agent and Celb.
100 on board and 150 for meals and hotel for two days. This is the best they will do !! If you booked thru the company full refunds are being offered it wasn't a option for us. I will never take the best price on anything ever again. This trip was too important and I will not be going..............It would be living in a war zone for 18 days.

If you are serious about cancelling, call your TA and insist that they insist with on cancelling directly with Celebrity. If your TA follows through on your request they can secure a cancellation for you. Please bear in mind you had better be serious.
