Starting in late 2009 you will be able to go online and choose from a number of different pre-paid beverage packages including unlimited bottle water, unlimited sodas, unlimited bottled beer, and unlimited frozen drinks, as well as assorted wine and mixed-drink packages. I don't know what the prices will be but it is a nice choice.
I called the Captains' Club last week and no one there knew what I was talking about...I am guessing it has not been finalized. I don't know how to get anymore information on it do you Dave?
No. It was in the Captain's Club newsletter earlier this year and I've not seen any other mention of it. On our sister forum cruisemates, the same question was asked last week. One person called the CC number and the person they talked to was aware of the program, but said it wasn't being rolled out yet.

It sounds really expensive, BUT, if you add up a couple of drinks here and there, a couple of glasses of wine, an after dinner drink, maybe some wine with your meal, these packages might actually save money. I'm trying out the frozen one next month and will let you know how it goes. I haven't even boarded the ship and I've spent enough for another cruise.
