We are taking the Summit to Panama over New Years and are looking for some general information.

Anyone know who many formal nights?

The wine list - list on the web appears poor, yet a few reviews indicate a much more elaborate wine list. Any information for this poor wine snob would be great. Was going to bring a case but depends on what they have and the price.

Ports of call - if anyone has taken this Western Carribean trip we would love some informatin. We plan on snorkeling and beach party stuff. We are a high energy 50's couple (man does that sound old). Would love anyone input.

The boat - any information on the boat - things to do and not do.

Any thoughts on dinning - we do not eat at 6:30 nor 8:30 and like to dine at a private table for two unless we meet someone of interest. How do you deal with this?

We found Princes cruises very enjoyable in this regard last year.
