I like cigars too, but Maichael's Club is a piano bar(generates more revenue). You can smoke cigars on deck port side most any time, and they have "Cigars Under the Stars" port side aft on deck 10 the outside bar/dining area) with cigars for sale if you don't mind the wind and people around you who are still eating.
The older ships had Michael's Clubs that were very comfortable cigar smoking lounges, but by now they've probably been converted to piano bars too.
